Refund and Cancellation Policy

There will be no refunds available at this time.  Cancellations from either party are rare.  Please note that if cryofthesoul.ca cancels or misses your session, every effort will be made to reschedule as soon as possible.  If a new suitable time cannot be found, you will be refunded the appropriate amount due.  

Refund processing

All refunds arising from our being unable to reschedule in a cancellation will be processed within 5 business days via original type of purchase.  Please note that payments are accepted only through PayPal .

Credit Card Storage

cryofthesoul.ca does not store credit card details and does not sell or share purchase details with any third parties  for their marketing use.  Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
